What's Included in the "Stop Smoking Master Course"...
Dear Fellow Smoker,
Wherever you are in the world, I just want to thank you for
You're here because you want to stop smoking. But are you ready to really do it?
My name is Michael Winekel, and I had been a heavy smoker for over twenty years. It wasn't until I was diagnosed with lung cancer that I knew I had to change my ways. I survived my battle with lung cancer, but lost a good portion of one of my lungs. I guess that's just a small price to pay to be able to live and the end result of the many years unknowingly abusing my body.
However, incredibly, I kept smoking even after beating lung cancer, and I just couldn't stop. I tried everything from cold turkey, to drinking lots of water, to patches to hypnosis. Nothing worked, until I found what the root of the problem was and created a solution that anyone can follow step-by-step without the urge of having a cigarette.
Nicotine in and of itself is extremely addicting. Over the course of just a few weeks, I weaned myself off my bad habit and now I help others do the same. I am a Smoking Cessation Expert, have published ten books and have developed a proven system to help people quit smoking for good over the course of a couple of weeks which is taught at my seminars.
If you are a smoker or know somebody who is, it is extremely important that they know what the consequences of their smoking habits could cause which should be motivation enough to stop.
Some of health problems associated with smoking are listed below, not to mention the rapid aging issues:
Cancer - Lung cancer is foremost; other
cancers include mouth, esophageal, oral, larynx, breast, colon, cervical and
other cancers throughout the body.
Emphysema - This is the breakdown of lung tissue, which is very thin and delicate. Emphysema is characterized by shortness of breath which can lead to impaired heart function.
Heart Disease - From Wikipedia: "is an umbrella term for a number of different diseases affecting the heart. As of 2007, it is the leading cause of death in the United States, England, Canada and Wales".
SOME of the diseases in this grouping are coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, cardiovascular disease, ischemic heart disease, heart failure, hypertensive heart disease, inflammatory heart disease, valvular heart disease, and others. Results from these diseases can be heart attack and stroke, most commonly.
Mental Health Problems - Smoking is related to higher rates of several mental health problems - mainly depression and anxiety.
Irregular Sleep - Characterized by having difficulty falling & staying asleep, waking frequently, not able to go back to sleep after waking, restless sleep.
Sexual Dysfunction - Common effects from smoking are impotence and ED (erectile dysfunction).
Eyesight - Smoking can lead to cataracts, which in turn can lead to blindness.
Asthma - This is a chronic condition with the respiratory system in which the airways become inflamed, constrict and produce excessive amounts of mucus. The narrow airways cause symptoms such as wheezing, coughing, shortness of breath and tightness in the chest.
Cognitive dysfunction - There is an increased risk of Alzheimer's disease, decline in cognitive ability and memory and brain shrinkage from smoking.
Organ Damage - The chemicals from smoking travel throughout the whole body and permeate all cells. This can lead to damaging effects of organ function, notably in the kidneys, pancreas, stomach, gall bladder and small intestine.
Gum Disease - This can lead to tooth loss, receding gums and slow healing of the mouth after oral surgery.

Causes Premature Aging
It's bad enough we all have to age, but to accelerate the process is a shame!

You probably have had a lot of frustration trying to quit.
Perhaps you are overcome with despair and anxiety just by the thought of trying to quit. You feel empty without nicotine. You are sick and tired of spending money on this habit and you are sick of your throat feeling like crap. You just have so much stress in your life and you are wondering how you can relieve your stress without it. You just don't know what to do and are afraid of the no man's land that you know is coming when you've gone without cigarettes for a while. what will you do to replace your habit?
Here is a story to which you can probably relate.
My friend Alexa
started smoking at 17. She bummed a cigarette off of a friend
after a stressful day working at McDonald's because the friend said it
She was amazed at the calm it gave her and from
then on she smoked off and on for a while until she started smoking
every day. At first it was a few and then it became more and
more until it was one pack a day, then two.
After a year of smoking two packs a day she knew she just had to quit (just like me when I came to the realization). She hated everything smelling like smoke all the time and spending so much money on it. Alexa just quit, cold turkey, and although the fear or cravings almost caused her to quit she stuck it out for about 3 months. Then after a fight with her boyfriend she just started it right up again. Alexa repeated this process 3 or 4 times over the next 5 years.
But finally, when she got engaged, she said, this time it has to be for real. So she replaced her smoking habit with another addiction, working out at the gym (which is listed as one of the ways to help stop thinking about cigarettes listed in my guide)! Exercise and getting in shape for her wedding consumed her so much she was able to quit and had no more desire to smoke. Now, she's been married for a few years and has no desire to smoke. She absolutely detests even the though of smoking and feels so much better about her life and deals with her stress in much healthier ways.
The key is to take your mind off of
smoking, along with other methods that I use so that you don't find yourself
looking for a cigarette. Needles to say, Alexa was successful with my
guides and media files as with thousands of others around the world.
But you know, I have so much more to share with you.

My name is Trisha, and I had corresponded with you through email last year. At the time, I did buy your pckage. I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know that I have successfully used your stop smoking package to quit my smoking habit by using your unique methods. I had purchased books and watched videos on the subject, but nothing worked. I thank you so much. I haven't had a cigarette in 9 months and have no desire. It really was great to follow somebody who was a former smoker that I could relate to.

I had started smoking at 20 years old, gradually increasing my number of cigarettes to two packs a day. I knew I had to quit as I kept coughing and was experiencing medical problems, including circulation and lunch problems. I coughed up blood one day and thought I had Cancer, but it was something else. Although, it was related to medical problems due to smoking according to my doctor. I needed to quit I found a biography and a product review online and it had five stars. I decided to pick up your package and here I am 2 years without a cigarette. I followed your video and audio files and used the resources in your digital books which by the way were very impressive. You offered so many ways to divert cigarettte thoughts. Thank you so much for putting this together. I have so much more energy, I am healthier and much more happier.
